  • Ryan Swanson, PE

    President

    Ryan Swanson has a background in commissioning, energy auditing, and engineering research, with a focus on HVAC, refrigeration, compressed air, and steam systems. In addition to developing data science solutions for buildings, he has done consulting engineering work for 70+ industrial and commercial facilities and served as a technical consultant for major utilities in California and New York.

  • Edward Spivey, PE

    Vice President of Engineering

    Ed Spivey has over 40 years of experience in mechanical system design, commissioning, and energy analysis, with emphasis on central plants, HVAC systems, controls, and cogeneration for institutional, commercial, and industrial buildings. He has managed nearly $100 million of energy projects.

  • Lindsay Hofherr

    Vice President of Analytics

    Lindsay Hofherr began her career in commissioning and previously co-developed a fault detection platform that had a portfolio of 800+ buildings. She now develops software for automated commissioning.

  • Maxi Huircan

    Director of Marketing

    Maxi Huircan has over 10 years of experience in graphic design, application development, and technical support for newspaper and radio businesses. Prior to media and marketing, he worked in operations and maintenance in Argentina’s oilfield and chemical industries.

  • Jared Swanson

    Advisory Board Member

    Jared Swanson has worked on software for continuous monitoring, cybersecurity, and cost-benefit analytics since 2013. He has developed solutions to detect defects and measure risk for environments ranging from tens to millions of computers.

  • Bob Christensen

    Advisory Board Member

    Bob Christensen has over 25 years of sales and business development experience. He previously worked at Microsoft for 16 years and for over a decade has led business development for startups in industries such as refrigerant leak detection, mining, and healthcare.
